Our History​

Backed by funds managed by Blackstone, Peridot was formed through the integration of two leading players in the working capital space with over 30 years of experience: certain operating units of IBM Global Financing and Global Supply Chain Finance (GSCF). Combining the capabilities of these organizations, Peridot is actively investing in new working capital solutions to address the evolving needs of its corporate clients and funding partners.​
