Jonny Singleton
Chief Commercial Officer
Jonny joined to Peridot as CCO in 2023. Over the course of his career, Jonny has garnered extensive experience managing large working capital finance programs.
Before joining to Peridot he worked at Dell Technologies where he co-led Dell’s Global Working Capital Solutions Program spanning 85 countries, one of the industry’s largest.
Prior to Dell Technologies, he held senior roles at HSBC, CIT, and GE Capital. Jonny holds a BEC diploma, Business Studies from Bridgwater College.
Steve Crusenberry

Steve is responsible for the technology vision and development including applications, platforms, security and infrastructure for Peridot Group’s customers and employees. Steve’s career spans more than 20 years both at startups and in large corporates. Prior roles included global responsibility for data, cloud migration and SaaS product development at health care technology companies Orion Health and ClearDATA. Earlier in his career, Steve had infrastructure and engineering roles at Rackspace, Yahoo!, OpSource and Netspace.
Steven Loranger
Managing Director
Steven is a Managing Director of Peridot with primary responsibility for its global client portfolio & operations. He was the worldwide general manager of the business when it was part IBM Global Financing (IGF). Previously, Steve was IGF general manager for Growth Market Unit (GMU), which comprised all emerging markets worldwide and was based in Shanghai, China and then Singapore. Before that, he led IGF’s business in Japan for over three years. He brings 20+ years of financing & leadership experience. Steve has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

General Counsel
Deborah is General Counsel, leading legal and compliance within Peridot. Deborah joined the company in 2021, bringing over 20 years of legal and compliance experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Peridot, Deborah held a senior leadership role in legal and compliance at Moelis & Company, heading their Americas compliance team. Before joining Moelis, she managed compliance policies and communications at JPMorgan and was an associate with the corporate finance group at Milbank and the capital markets team at Cadwalader. Deborah holds a B.S. from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and received a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
Dean Bellisimo
Managing Director
Dean is global head of business development at Peridot. Since joining the company in 2021, Dean has led Peridot’s efforts to create new working capital solutions and originate new business. Prior to this, Dean spent almost two decades at Deutsche Bank, managing its team focused on US multinational clients and subsidiaries before becoming Global Co-Head of Coverage for the Corporate Bank. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University.

Michael is responsible for corporate development, strategy, and M&A activities for the Peridot Group. Before joining Peridot, he worked at Blackstone, where he was involved in special situations investing and assessing opportunities in the working capital space. While there, he played a key role in the creation of the Peridot Group, helping lead the acquisitions of both the former IGF business and GSCF. Michael began his investment career at Oak Hill Advisors, focusing on distressed and high-yield debt in the energy sector. He holds a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics from Columbia University where he was the CEO and co-founder of the student-run investment fund, Lion Fund.

Anne Langeveld – Mulder

From her base in Amsterdam, Anne is responsible for all HR activities for the Peridot Group, bringing a wealth of experience in HR management and culture across a range of international financial services providers. Prior to joining Peridot, she worked at Credit Europe Bank, where she was Division Director Human Resources, and held senior global HR roles at ING Bank and the Dutch regulator AFM. Anne has an MSc in Culture and Communication from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and a degree in Labour and Organisational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.

Eric joined Peridot Group company GSCF as CEO in 2022. Eric is an established leader in the trade finance space with high expertise in financing solutions. Before joining GSCF as CEO in January 2022, Eric spent 25 years at Credit Suisse AG in different leadership roles in Switzerland and the United States. Among other responsibilities, he was member of the board of FIDES Treasury Service AG and most recently Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee of Corporate & Investment Banking at Credit Suisse AG. Eric holds a Master degree in Law from the University of Lausanne and a PhD in banking law from the University of Fribourg.

Colin is responsible for all aspects of finance across the Group, as well as capital markets, credit, treasury and credit risk mitigation. Based in New York, Colin brings more than 22 years of finance experience to his role, having joined Peridot in 2021 as Head of Capital Markets. Before this, Colin held senior roles in the structured finance and securitization groups at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Merrill Lynch, and more recently spent five years at Blackstone where he was a Managing Director and led debt capital markets activity for the Tactical Opportunities Fund. Colin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Duke University.

Natalie joined Peridot as CMO in 2023. She has more than 20 years of global marketing experience with extensive go-to-market, product marketing and demand generation expertise across enterprises and fast growth startups in the financial services, SaaS, news and media industries. Prior to Peridot, Natalie has held leadership roles at Dow Jones, Equinix, American Express, iHeartMedia, Billtrust and Sidetrade.
Gary Hall
Chief Product Officer
Gary brings a wealth of digital product and strategy experience to the Peridot Group. Prior to joining Peridot, he spent 14 years in the digital transformation space, most recently leading product strategy and management for Supplier Financing, Payments, and Commercial Success for Wayfair, one of the world’s largest digital home retailers. He has also held senior roles at iRobot (maker of the Roomba), Boston Consulting Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance, among others. Gary holds a BSc with highest distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Doug joined Peridot as CEO in 2023. Over his 30-year career, Doug has developed an outstanding track record of leadership, customer success, product innovation, and operational excellence. Before joining Peridot, Doug served as CEO of Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS), a provider of regulatory technology solutions and services to the global investment sector. Prior to CSS, he served as Group CEO at Cordium after holding several senior positions at SunGard. Doug received his undergraduate degree from Yale and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
